After series of successful experiments, Dr. Brischt and the rest of the scientists are now ready for the next stage of the project. The vampire project only needs humans fit for the upcoming procedures. The survival rate of the person must at the highest rate to prevent unnecessary reactions that could endanger his/her life. Now, each country must be able to find these people in order to proceed with the project. They must be physically fit, mentally alert and most of all emotionally stable. The only concern the chairmen have is how they can lure these people to agree with the project, without having the need to tell a single detail about the it. As they tackle about the matter they were interrupter by Dr. Brischt.
”Excuse me Generals, these are the new tests we've completed. All of the documentation and notes are all in the flash drive. Please do examine it and I hope that we can now proceed to the next step. All preparations have been done, only the new specimens are needed.”
”Thank you for the hard work Dr. Brischt. For now, let all your crew take the day off and enjoy the moment while they can, for once we've get a hand on these people, the mutation will proceed immediately.” said Gen. Nushka in a confident vioce,
”That only means you don't have these people yet? That saddens me.” Dr. Brischt walks away leaving Gen. Nushka hanging.
”Tch. That doctor gets into my nerves!”
”Gentlemen, let's now continue where we left our conversation.”
”Gen. Johanssen, I've heard that we are now ready for the next stage of the project.” said Gen. Makar Buhaden of India.
”We sure are ready, we only need the people worthy enough for the power they will possess. Most of all, they should be under our control after the success of the experiment.” answered Gen. Johanssen of United States.
”We can simply set out a recruitment for a few spots in the military. We can use an alibi like, we need a few people for a very important mission. After that we'll test their capabilities and send them off here.” Gen. Aldric Cloutier of France.
”Aren't we rising the curiosity of the military force in that manner? This project is highly classified that not even the presidents of our countries know about it. Then if we post something like that, the public eye might quibble into it leading us to answer unnecessary questions that can blow up the entire confidentiality of the project.”Gen. Mikel Prius of United Kingdom.
”You've got a point there Gen Prius. If we don't recruit publicly, then we must do it stealthy. Like we set out some of our men to patrol day and night without being notice. They must be one with the crowd to avoid suspicions among others. These people can be anyone.” said Gen. Yang of China.
”So how's it going to be?” asked Gen. Nushka of Russia.
”Very well then, I agree with Gen. Yang. We must search for these people. They are not likely the ones who will answer in a recruitment warrants. Okay gentlemen we are now set for this plan.” said Gen. Johanssen.
As the generals proceed with their meeting, the plan has been set out throughout their allies. They are the ones who knows about the vampire project and a loyal followers of the generals.

Gen. Buhaden immediately return to his country to implement the plan. He set out skilled men in search for someone fit for the project. They may not have a single idea on who they are looking for but they believe somewhere out there, someone will surprise him of this persons existence.
