Logan and Abigail pass through the portal and arrive at the Normandy being surrounded by the crew that was pointing guns at the portal once they came out of it the crew sighs out in relief that it wasn't an enemy attack and Logan asks, ”What happened while we were away?” ”We continued without you since Sion said it happened before that you disappeared and appeared again sometime later,” says Shepard and Logan asks, ”Anything I should know?”
”Aaron met with Tali's father. You missing some missions and now we are trying to infiltrate a Reaper Base on Rannoch. We found out thanks to Legion that the Reapers are controlling the Geth through that base so if we destroy it the Geth will be free again,” says Shepard and Logan says, ”Well then let's do this. I'm full of energy.”
”*sighs* You just returned from your adventure from another world, aren't you tired?” asks Shepard and Logan says, ”Not really must be because of Shura's training regime.” ”You trained under him?” asks Shepard and Logan answers, ”Ten years. I was really struggling against his training plan for me and his attempts to kill me.” ”Well then welcome back from hell,” says Shepard and Joker says over the com, ”Commander we are over Rannoch. Like the rest of the Quarian Fleet.”
”Good,” says Shepard over the com and then turns to Logan and says, ”You will lead the second team. Abigail, you lead the third one.” Then Shepard says into the com, ”Aaron, Tali, Legion prepare you will be in the Alpha team. Ray, Liona and Ashley you are in the Beta team. Ino, Liara, Garrus you are in the Charlie team. Group up in Deck 5 we are leaving via shuttles.”

Everyone prepared and Shepard asks Logan, ”So how was the world you were transported to?” ”Pretty dark since the sun didn't come up because of some revenge-seeking bastard for almost the whole time I was there. They board the shuttles the team was assigned to take to fly towards Rannoch. Flying towards Rannoch Shepard says over the com, ”Beta team you will secure the outside while Alpha and Charlie go inside. Once inside Alpha and Charlie split up. Alpha will go for the primer target while Charlie secures the inside.” Logan then says to Justice, [If this is really a Reaper base then I want you to extract all information they have when you are inside with Abigail and Aaron.] [Understand. I will extract everything they have saved on the servers. But why didn't you do it on the Citadel? Didn't all space-traveling races live there once?] says Justice and Logan says, [Next time we are there remind me about it.]
After entering Rannoch the shuttles take them near the Reaper Base were they get out and Shepard says, ”Time to work Beta team give us cover while we enter.” ”Just go we will take their attention. Ashley on me Ray and Liona go rampage take their attention,” says Logan and his two kids stormed off to the battlefield while he and Ashley were given covering fire so Alpha and Charlie could reach the Reaper Base. After bringing the two team to the Reaper Base they joined the battlefield that Ray and Liona created.
Logan created two clones and says, ”Protect Ashley while I go into the fight. Ashley, they are yours until the mission is over.” Logan then flies towards the enemy leaving Ashley behind with two of his clones.
In the meantime, Abigail and her team were accompanying Shepard's team until Shepard says, ”We split here. Try to get the attention from us so we can do our job without much of a hassle.” ”Alright,” says Abigail and Shepard leaves with her team and Abigail says to her team, ”Ino I think your mind jutsus won't help us here against the Geth so how about changing to your Mag warframe. Liara get them into the air with your Biotics so Ino can kill them. Garrus give us covering fire if someone slips by us.”
After giving them their orders they began to move through the base destroying Geth and Reaper ground forces if they attacked making them go rampage. By doing so they bought time for Shepard to deal with the Geth crisis when Justice appears and floats to a terminal that was in the room and Abigail asks, ”What are you doing Justice?” ”Extracting all information they have in this base,” says Justice and after 3 minutes he says, ”They don't have much information. Only information over Geth and Quarians are on those servers.” ”Does Logan know what you are doing?” asks Abigail and Justice says, ”He ordered me to do that.”
Justice then disappears and Abigail only sighs and says, ”What is he planning now.” ”Who are you talking to?” asks Liara and Abigail says, ”To myself. I was thinking about what my husband is planning now.”
