Pushing open the bedroom door, Lee Mei was crying loudly while hugging her pillow.

Seeing Wang Yi walk in, Lee Mei ignored Wang Yi and continued to cry on the bed, showing signs of becoming more and more intense.

”Don't cry.” Wang Yi's calm voice sounded.

”Wuwuwu.” Lee Mei continued to cry.

”I said don't cry anymore!”

”Wuwuwu.”

”I said don't cry anymore!”

Wang Yi shouted with a hint of anger!

Lee Mei was so scared by Wang Yi's hideous expression that she immediately stopped crying and looked at Wang Yi blankly.

Seeing that Lee Mei had stopped crying, Wang Yi rubbed his head painfully, not knowing how to communicate with her.

”Listen to me.” Wang Yi tried his best to maintain a calm tone as he slowly chatted with Lee Mei.

”Now the world has changed. You saw it just now, that husband of yours has become a monster that is neither human nor ghost.”

When Lee Mei heard that her husband had become a monster, she pouted her lips and showed signs of crying. Wang Yi immediately changed the topic.

”Not only your husband, most of the people in this world have become monsters. When they see blood and flesh, they will throw themselves at them and madly bite at them.”

”Look out the window.”

”Nope,” Wang Yi pouted at the window.

Lee Mei probably didn't react either. She lifted the quilt and sat on the edge of the bed to look out the window, completely oblivious to the fact that she was still naked.

They saw humanoid monsters gathered together in groups of twos and threes, biting around the human corpses, with severed limbs and internal organs scattered all over the street. There were also monsters with only half of their bodies left clawing at the ground with their hands.

A twenty-something year old youth climbed onto a lamppost and shouted for help. Not long after, he was too exhausted and slowly slid down. The zombies that were waving their claws under the street lamp all rushed up, and his flesh and blood filled the air. In just a moment, there was only blood left on the ground, and the youth had already disappeared.

Lee Mei looked at the subversive scene in front of her and felt her stomach churning. She vomited on the bed.

Wang Yi didn't stop her. It was normal for her to vomit when seeing these things for the first time. If she was still like this after a while, Wang Yi would consider giving her something to eat and drink and then throwing her away.

Wang Yi didn't need a vase. What Wang Yi wanted was someone who could help him in the apocalypse.
