”Listen, there's a scratching at the door!”
Wang Yi closed his eyes and listened carefully.
”No, no!”
This sound shouldn't be coming from a zombie!
Wang Yi had a puzzled expression. No matter what, he couldn't figure out what was this sound coming from!
”Could it be some mutated animal like a cat or dog?” Lee Mei had seen the ferocity of the mutated cat before, ”she questioned.
”No, Mutated Beast came out more than a month after the outbreak of the apocalypse. There can't be any mutated beasts now!”
”But that one just now, didn't you say it was a mutated cat?”
Wang Yi glanced at Lee Mei and continued to explain.
”Just now, it became a mutated cat because it directly devoured the Glycosylated Meat. Because of the zombie's brain, it became abnormally manic, and normally, it become a Mutated Beast instead of manic. At the very least, it knows pain, and it knows how to dodge.”
Wang Yi thought for a while and said to Lee Mei, who had a puzzled expression on her face.
”Follow me. If you feel something is wrong, run!”
Lee Mei said with a resolute expression.
