Chapter 7 - I want to end the marriage

The villa was very quiet, so quiet that one could hear her hurried breathing.

Luo Xi was sunk into the sofa, seeing her good friend's nervous expression, she could not help but ask: ”Xiao Xia, what's wrong with you? Was she not well in Liang Family? Why are you trembling all over? ”

Xia Ying stopped trembling, her heart trembled for a moment. She shook her head with a lonely expression. ”I'm fine. It's probably because I didn't sleep well last night.”

”Don't lie to me.” Luo Xi obviously could not believe it. She moved her body, leaned on the other party's side and asked softly: ”Did something happen? Little Xia, you always blink when you're lying. Don't tell me there's something that you can't tell me? ”

”I'm really fine.”

Luo Xi was genuinely happy for her good friend, but just as she finished speaking, she had already turned around and suddenly took the invitation from her hands.

”Get dressed up carefully. Master loves to be lively. Everyone, don't let anything happen to him.” The manager looked around and instructed the servants.

When the hall was pretty much decorated, he nodded his head in satisfaction and hurried to the next place to set it up.

When Xia Ying rushed to Liang Family and saw that scene, her eyes were filled with red light. She did not know why this red light was so glaring in her eyes.

Thinking back to last night, she felt her nerves ache.

She closed her eyes, the invitation still clutched in her hand.

She had never seen Liang Ye like that before. Furthermore, her purpose in coming to Liang Family was not to compensate her, but last night, he had already severely injured her.

”Is Liang Ye here?” Xia Ying casually grabbed hold of a person and asked. She only wanted to find Liang Ye and cancel the engagement with him.

The servant held a red ribbon in his hand. She looked at him strangely, but did not reply.

Xia Ying was a little anxious, she repeated herself once more, ”Where is Liang Ye?”

”Why are you looking for me?” As soon as he finished speaking, a slightly cold voice sounded.

When Xia Ying saw him, she bit hard on her lips. The words that she wanted to say was stuck in her throat the moment she saw him.

Liang Ye looked at her coldly without any emotion in his eyes, as if there was nothing between him and her other than an engagement.

When Liang Ye saw the invitation in her hand, his cold and low voice sounded, carrying a sense of ridicule, ”Did you see the invitation? After all, out of all those who wanted to marry into the Liang Family, he had singled her out.

The golden colored invitation card was exceptionally gorgeous at this moment, but to Xia Ying, there was only an endless amount.

Xia Ying still did not speak. Her heartless gaze swept across her face as she walked up the stairs.

”If there's nothing else, I'll be going.”
