Meanwhile he was thinking 'I am seriously shameless enough to actually use my own terror to manipu- *cough cough* convince her to come and stay with me…' Feng Xue'er nodded her head as she seemed to believe in Ryusuke's words.
It wasn't just because Ryusuke spoke those words but also because the Phoenix Spirit also said it. She was very nervous and started to rub both of her hands together as she spoke, ”Big Brother Ryusuke…I would leave with you but I was thinking of notifying my Father Emperor about it.”
Ryusuke gave her a smile in return and uttered, ”I have no problem to that…Let's go and meet your father Emperor…” Feng Xue'er looked towards the Phoenix one last time and lightly bowed before the Phoenix dispersed in different directions in different colours.
Ryusuke smiled as he took her fair hand and held it as he started walking towards the Divine Phoenix Empire. He wasn't flying because he wanted to spend more time on the way, why would he be excited to meet her father?
He already knew that her father was a very unreasonable man, he would actually agree to the destruction of the Divine Phoenix Empire but wouldn't let his daughter go out with a boy like him.
But he also knew that all the men in the Divine Phoenix Empire didn't listen to him, the people with the most say were the Grand Elders in the Empire. And those Grand Elders listened to their Ancestor, the Phoenix Spirit which he could easily make…
