1705 Completing the Crafting in Six Days (1/2)

Chen Xiaobei had put on the Nightstalker outfit when he stumbled upon this group of Tenshou warriors.

After he took off his mask and outfit, Chen Xiaobei appeared like a ghost out of thin air and began to launch a surprise attack.

Even though the commander was pretty strong, he still died by the Dragon's Edge in the end because he was unprepared.

”The Nightstalker outfit's stealth function is really good, but it offers no protection at all. Or else I wouldn't have to keep changing in and out of the damn outfit!” Chen Xiaobei muttered to himself. Suddenly, something clicked in his mind, and he exclaimed, ”Oh! Qixi festival! I got Zhinu's Milky Way Patterned Cloth! That is probably a very high-grade material. I wonder if it could fortify the Nightstalker Outfit? I should ask Zhinu when I get back!”

Chen Xiaobei was now facing stronger enemies, and his goal was set on a very high and very faraway place!

It was necessary for him to be equipped with upgraded tools and equipment!

But that was a topic for another time.

Right now, Chen Xiaobei had more important things to attend to.

He knelt beside the dead commander and removed the storage bracelet from the body.

After communicating with its Spiritual Attribute, Chen Xiaobei was able to take a look inside the bracelet.

Throwing the miscellaneous daily necessities, Chen Xiaobei found three very special items.

The first was a combat spacecraft!

This was the main reason for Chen Xiaobei's little excursion here.

If this group of Tenshou warriors had come across the resting Su Xiaoman and Ao Liancheng, Su Xiaoman would have killed them all, found the spacecraft and gave it to Chen Xiaobei.

Then Chen Xiaobei would have no excuse to continue following Su Xiaoman and find the Abyssal Ice.

So, Chen Xiaobei used the excuse of having to relieve himself to kill these Tenshou warriors. In fact, he was prepared to continuously massacre these soldiers for the rest of the six days!

Because another day of not finding a spacecraft was another day wasted, Su Xiaoman was obliged to lead Chen Xiaobei forward.

As long as they were on the right track, Chen Xiaobei would have the chance to use his Blood Descendant Special Ability to find the Abyssal Ice.

Chen Xiaobei put the spacecraft away in his Infinite Ring and took the other two items.

The first was a map of the mountain area with very detailed drawings of pathways. There were also search areas marked in red circles on the map!

”Good stuff!” Chen Xiaobei grinned to himself. ”With this map, I will be able to kill all of them in six days! I won't need to worry about Su Xiaoman finding out about my plan!”

The second thing was a cell phone with a logo of a samurai sword printed on its back. It was probably designated specifically for the Tenshou warriors to use!

Chen Xiaobei looked into the phone and found a whole list of issued orders sent via text message. Tonight's patrol was in one of the messages.

”With this phone, I can know the enemy's exact location at the exact time. This will make it easier for me to take them down!” Chen Xiaobei's eyes lit up. ”If I'm lucky, I might even be able to learn the enemy's special orders with this phone!”

After he tucked the map and the phone safely into his Infinite Space Ring, Chen Xiaobei stepped onto the Somersault Cloud and went back to his companions. All in all, it took only about ten minutes or in order not to rouse Su Xiaoman's suspicions.

Ao Liancheng and Chen Xiaobei were pals so he did not ask any questions.

After they greeted each other, Chen Xiaobei leaned against a large tree and began fussing with his phone.

Chen Xiaobei: Zhinu jiejie! Are you sleeping? There's something I'd like to ask you!

Zhinu: Not yet. What is it, God Chen?
