How was Lin Yousu going to prove it?

It was almost impossible for people to get close to a sober Fu Sichen. Given this, the only way was to go down the unethical path.

“He would certainly go to the hospital.” Lin Yousu had been doing her homework too these days, and she managed to figure out Fu Sichen’s schedule. “Once we’re at the hospital, there will be ways.”

The entertainment circle was, by nature, a network fuelled by gossip and rumors.

Underneath the cloud of glamour and glitz was thick, filthy smog.

The various drugs aside, there were also aphrodisiacs that did not normally see the light of day.

“I’ll go and see Pei Zhen too.” Lin Yousu had a smirk on her face. “I’ll drug him, and when it’s all over, I’ll break the news to the reporters. By then, any fake scandals would have become real news.”

“Yousu.” her manager was stunned for a moment and hesitated. “It’s just a scandal, is there a need to go to that extent?”

“Why not?” Lin Yousu snorted lightly as she gave her manager an icy laugh. “If it weren’t for the fact that you are so incapable, and if it weren’t for the fact that you weren’t able to clinch the deal, would I need to do this?”

Lin Yousu had been unfortunate lately.

People scolded her for being scheming when all she wanted to do was to ride on Fu Sichen’s popularity.

Despite been selected for filming of the War of the Pets, she not only didn’t get an opportunity to prove herself to be the Persian cat’s ex-owner, but she didn’t even manage to improve her popularity ratings. Even her Husky had become popular overnight.

Damn it.

It made one mad to compare oneself to others.

It had been one problem after another. The night before, Lin Yousu had a word with her investor. Initially, she wanted to throw a little girly tantrum to get him to release more resources, but in the background, there was the flighty laughter of another woman.

Great.

Now he found fault with her and was getting a little cold towards her.

Lin Yousu was anxious, but could only swallow her own anger and frustrations. Hence she decided to make use of Fu Sichen.

It had to work.
