150 Chapter 150: I Can Work (1/2)
After going to the restroom, Aiden decided to peek his head into the economy class. Looking through the curtains, he was stunned. The economy class was more luxurious than in the first class! He was about to take a step into the economy class when an attendant stopped him. ”I'm sorry,” she said. ”VIP only. Please do not disturb them. You are not welcome here. No one is allowed to come here, aside from those who were with Miss Kylie,”
”VIP?” Aiden muttered. ”Isn't this economy class? How come it turns to VIP class?”
The attendant smiled, but all she said was, ”Please return to your seat, sir.”
Aiden looked at the attendant and pulled out his wallet and asked her how much it would cost to get into the economy class area, but the attendant calmly explained that, though there were empty seats, they had all been purchased. ”No amount of money can change that. This had been all settled for Miss Kylie,” she continued, ”so please return to your seat. We are about to hit some waves. You are going to want to have your seatbelt on.” The attendant warned him again.
Aiden sullenly returns to his seat. He doesn't expect that the attendant would treat him that way. It wasn't right in his thought, but he just obeyed what she said not to attract others attention.
As the waves hit the side of the boat, Khloe's sea sickness got worse and worse. It was so bad, in fact, that the people around her were embarrassed. ”You have never been sick in a car,” Aiden scolded her, ”so why are you sick now?!?!”
Before she could answer, she felt another round of vomit rise up in her throat, and she ran in the direction of the restroom. Unfortunately, it was occupied, so she rushed into economy class in search of a washroom. Ignoring everyone around her, she pulled open the door and plunged her head into the toilet. She releases all the vomit, and she almost faints.
When Khloe got out, an attendant approached her and asked her if she was seasick and offered her some anti-nausea medicine. Gratefully, she took the bottle that was being offered to her and shook out two pills. Once she had swallowed them, she looked at the attendant and thanked her. She felt a little relieved after taking medicine.
”You're welcome,” she replied, ”but this gentleman is the one that you need to thank actually.” The attendant pointed at Aiden. ”He was the one who found the medicine in the garbage.”
Khloe was stunned. She glanced back and forth between the medicine bottle and Aiden, with disgust. Taking medicine from the garbage was not something that she typically did. She was about to scold Aiden, but then she saw Kylie. She quickly shifted her angry emotion into a pleasant smile that showed on her face. She can't react too much in front of Kylie to show what happens between her and Aiden.
Playing it cool, she pretended nothing had happened and took Aiden's hand to lead him back to first class. Aiden didn't say any words, too; instead, he led Khloe into her seat.
As they took their seat, Laurence asked her how she was feeling. Khloe was still a little green, but she showed her father the medicine bottle and said, ”The attendant gave me this. Now I feel much better. I just need to take it easy, I think.”
