292 Chapter 292: You’re Scaring Me (1/2)

It was from Ethan. He stood up straight, and then he fastened the buttons on his suit. He looked towards the house and then back at Ricky. The entire property from the curb up to the front porch was littered with paparazzi. ”Spread out,” he said. ”You know what to do.”

”Yes, sir!” Ricky replied. With the slightest wave of his hand, he summoned his crew, and within minutes they had destroyed all of the equipment that the reporters had brought with them. The reporters cursed and swore, and when they realized it would do no good, they began to skulk away.

Two of the guards joined Ethan as he approached the house; one on either side of him and, when he reached the door, he rapped his knuckles upon it seven times. When William heard him at the door, he urgently rushed downstairs, and when he opened the door, he pretended to be surprised. ”Wow!” he said. ”Ethan, it is good to see you!”

In a cold and controlled tone of voice, Ethan looked at William emotionlessly and said, ”Where's Kylie?”

William bit his lower lip and, with a shaky hand, pointed at the ceiling above his head. ”Upstairs,” he replied.

Without giving William a second thought, Ethan walked upstairs. Before he made it more than a few steps, though, William called after him. ”Ethan,” he shouted, ”this is all a misunderstanding. You know how women can get sometimes. Maybe she is on her period or something. Please don't blame her…”

Hearing this, Ethan turned back for the briefest of seconds to glare at William, and then he carried on his way towards Kylie. Although Ethan had been wearing a poker face when he came to the door, William now noticed that his eyes were as cold as ice. Obviously, he was both irritated by the news on the internet, as well as deeply worried about Kylie.

Kylie was sitting at a vanity table and rubbing cream into her hands when Ethan walked in unannounced. ”Hello,” she said nonchalantly as she stood up and turned to face him. At first, she wasn't afraid of him, but when she saw the dangerous look in his eyes, she flinched away from him. ”I don't know why you're here…” she added. ”William and I haven't prepared anything to eat yet. If you want to hang around, though, you are more than welcome to stay for dinner!”

Ethan scowled at Kylie and looked her over from top to bottom. Kylie was wearing a men's shirt with the bottom knotted around her waist. She wore hot pants that left nothing to the imagination; a camel toe protruded where her legs met, and she seemed completely unashamed. Her feet were bare, and she was wiggling her toes anxiously.

Just then, William entered the room, and Ethan asked him why Kylie was wearing his clothes, but William looked at him with confusion in his eyes and said, ”I don't know. She wasn't wearing them when I saw her last…”

Ethan leaned forward and smiled. ”So what?”

Kylie smelled the man's familiar sexy scent, and her heart began to beat faster. Her eyes, though, they were turning cold. ”I'm your nephew's girlfriend,” she hissed. ”Stay away!”

”I don't care,” Ethan said as he began to press his body down on hers.

Kylie tilted her head to avoid his kiss. ”You could have practically any single woman that you want,” she cried. ”Leave me alone, please.”

Ethan sneered as his charming fingers played with the buttons on Kylie's shirt. It annoyed him to see her wearing William's shirt. ”I want you!” he moaned.

”You're really a masochist,” Kylie shouted as she struggled to get away.
