That man picked up the paper man, put it into his pocket and then he looked back at me, who was still shocked by the fight.

“As I said, it’s very dangerous late at night, not only for humans but for the ghosts as well.” He gave me a smile.

Then, he picked up the broken umbrella, turned around and walked away.

It was not until that moment I realized that what I smelled on him wasn’t the smell of blood.

It was… the smell of a creature that was not human.

The dream stopped here, as I woke up. It took me a few seconds to remember where I was currently.

Oh, right… I slept in a motel near the school yesterday, but why did I sleep here…

“Ah!” I suddenly sat up and was fully awake.

The female ghost, Chu Bai, she gratuitously possessed me when I was in the alley, and she almost strangled me to death on the street. And last night she——
