Jinha hated it when everyone placed that fake victory over his head. He didn't expect Hazel to join in and eliminate the spirit beast at the last minute.

Suddenly Usui asked, ”Didn't our president take part in the event?”

Hazel met his eyes as he waited for an answer. He raised his eyebrow not understanding why they didn't connect that victory to their president who controls both fire and lightning.

Harold responded, ”Our President doesn't have to take part in the competition.”

Usui frowned as he asked, ”Why not?”

Ren scoffed at him, ”Because we don't want our beautiful president to get tired.”

Hazel rolled her eyes at Ren as she said, ”Stop your nonsense.” Then she faced Usui and said, ”I take part in all the events. I am not as powerful as them, so I lag. behind them.”

Usui raised his eyebrow at the obvious. 'She wasn't powerful? Who is she kidding?'

Hazel glared at Usui warning him to be quiet. It was hard enough to hide her identity with the help of the thunder squad members, she didn't want anyone doubting her now. She had to practice fire magic in the academy while she kept her lightning magic a secret.

Usui smirked as he said, ”I see. I understand, President.”

Ren suddenly went forward and slapped his shoulder as he challenged Usui, ”Transfer prince, Let's compete at the event.”

Usui shifted his cold gaze to Ren making the latter step back involuntarily. Realizing what he did, Ren straightened his posture and asked, ”Why are you glaring at me? Is it because you don't want to join? It's fine if you don't want to.”

Usui smirked as he asked, ”It's not because of that. Can you handle me as your competitor? Would you whine to your president when you lose?”

Ren's face flushed red as he glared at this hateful person. But before he could ask, he heard Usui throw another question at him, ”Who came up with this idea?”

Ren looked at him proudly and declared, ”Who else other than our beautiful president”

Hazel flinched when she was dragged into the conversation. She subconsciously clutched the paper in her hand tightly as she bent her head and read through the reports.

Usui glanced at Hazel and saw her ignoring them. His eyes slowly shifted towards her hands and saw how tightly she was clutching the paper.

He smiled softly, ”I see.. as expected from our president.”

Jinha asked suddenly, ”So, do you want to join?”

”Sure... the event sounds interesting.”

Liz retorted, ”Looks like the baby has arrived.”

Zelal looked at Liz and asked aggrievedly, ”What did you call me?” But he suddenly yelped in pain and said, ”Ouch! Stella, don't hit me. She was the one who started.”

Stella rolled her eyes as she said, ”What part of what she said was false?”
