Chapter 401 - Blame your father (1/2)

”Why are you doing this Housekeeper Qin? Why?” Long Xun asked helplessly.

”If you want to blame someone then blame your father. You know better than anyone else, that I only have one Master whom I serve and that is your father. It was your father who told me to train you as his successor. It was your father who used his death to make you hate those three families. It was your father who instructed me to fill your heart with so much hatred for the three families, that you will destroy them and rule above them as their king.” Housekeeper Qin informed with mocking laughter.

”No! That's a lie. My father can't do that. He's not like that, ” Long Xun cried out. He denied accepting everything that Housekeeper Qin was saying.

Seeing this Housekeeper Qin laughed thinking that his plan was working perfectly and after saying lies and blaming it all on Long Xun's father would break Long Xun. Everything was going perfectly just as he had pictured in his brain. What he didn't know was, that the best friend he was trying to save was already paralyzed and the person who he was lying to was acting. Housekeeper Qin was falling into his trap and he was completely unaware.

”I am not lying Long Xun. Your denial to accept this won't change anything. It was a perfect plan that your father had designed but you foiled everything. You ruined your father's hard work, Long Xun.” Housekeeper Qin accused.

”You mean my father wanted me to be a murderer, a killer. ” Long Xun roared.

”No! He wanted you to be a king! A king, Long Xun. It was his dream to see you rule above the head of those three families.” Housekeeper Qin argued.

”No, it's not like this. It's not like this...” Long Xun murmured.

”Tsk..... your denial won't change anything, Long Xun.” Housekeeper Qin sneered, ”Now be a good boy and listen to your Uncle Qin. Leave my friend and I'll let your wife go, ” he laughed.

Long Xun glared at Housekeeper Qin. He glanced at the gun placed on Su Yanyan's neck and he gazed into her eyes. Being looked at him like that, Su Yanyan felt a little guilty and she wanted to look somewhere else but before she could do that, Long Xun stopped glancing at her.

Gritting his teeth with anger, Long Xun roared, ”You bloody traitor! I will kill you!!!”

”Huh? What are you saying Long Xun? How can I be a traitor?” Housekeeper Qin frowned. ”I was just working on your father's order. If you would have listened to me and continued on your path, then I wouldn't be forced to do this,” he said trying to justify his actions.

”Lin Xiaolu's identity revelation changed everything. I knew that once you would find out what evil your father has done, you wouldn't listen to me anymore. You would forget everything about your revenge and be friends with those people.” he continued.

”And the moment I knew that you have decided to change your mind, I knew that I had to save myself. Your father is already dead, so you won't be able to do anything to him but on the other hand, I am alive, and after knowing that truth, will you let me go?”

”I am just saving myself, Long Xun. So now, leave my friend.” Housekeeper Qin instructed.
