”Then we'll be going ahead first”
Me and Uncle Alto was ready and already packing up our stuff and put in on the carriage, i promise Ilya-nee that i would not do anything that can worries her and i also promise her that i would visit her in Elis-san's place, she said it's not too far from our village.
Me and uncle Alto taking our departure after the sun rise, Elis-san said she and Ilya-nee would leave at noon so i guess Ilya-nee will send a farewell greetings to Aunt Wilda.
- Would they be alright here? someone need to protect the people in this village
Elis-san seems to notice my concerns and pat my head.
”Don't worry, i'll be going to this village sometimes to see how's everyone doing, and if anything bad happen here, i will evacuate everyone to my place”
She seems to look right through me, i just smile and thank her for that.
”Now then have a safe trip..”
Elis-san's waving her hand for me and uncle Alto, but my sister seems to look at my leaving with a sad face, so i decided to smile at her and wave.
”I'll be safe there Big sis, don't worry”
It seems that those words was able to make Ilya-nee smile at least looking at me leaving.
”How long does it takes to get to the capital uncle?”
it's been around 10 minutes since we're leaving, nothing is special and we just having chat along when sitting next to each other.
”Well, it will takes 1 and half day if we hurry since it's winter, i couldn't let the horses got all cold with the weather, usually it only takes a day to go to your village”
”So it's because of the weather?”
”Yeah pretty much”
I guess that makes sense, even horses won't stand this kind of cold too long and need to rest and warm themselves sometimes.
”I will try it then uncle”
”What is it?”
I cast a [ Cold Protection ] to uncle Alto and the horses and hoping it would work.
”Woah what is this, i can still feel the wind but it's not cold at all”
I guess that's a success over there, uncle Alto looks amazed and enthusiastic, maybe he never feel one himself since magic is something that someone need to learn.
