Chapter 81 - Dorgons Are Nicer Than Humans (1/2)
The Dorgon gulped as he heard his master and secretly prayed in his mind for whoever that person was.
Hecathe leaned his head back and looked up at the ceiling as he thought about something and started laughing.
”Dorgon's are nicer than people think,” Hecathe commented and the little Dorgon didn't know if this was a compliment or not.
”I would never be able to be that kind,” Hecathe added as his laughing sounded more and more wicked.
This master was certainly a villain... There was no doubt about it!
”Master, what are you planning to do?” The Dorgon gulped as he asked, curiously looking at Hecathe with a bit of hidden fear and concern.
”Me? I plan on being a detective for a while,” Hecathe smirked as he responded, ”And when I'm done finding the one behind this, I'll stop being a detective and would take on the role of the devil who would make them regret.”
”So this is about you?” The Dorgon tilted his head in confusion as he questioned, ”Someone stole your clothes and pretended to be you?”
Hecathe was silent as he heard this question and the Dorgon almost thought his question was going to be left unanswered, however, after a whole minute, he heard Hecathe sigh as the man raised his head.
”It's not about me. The one who was wronged was definitely not me, but I'm the one that has to deal with everything and you know the one thing that I hate the most?”
The Dorgon blinked in confusion as he asked, ”What is it?”
”To be troubled. If it's not my mess, why should I be dragged in between?” Hecathe asked back but it didn't look like he was expecting the Dorgon to give him an answer as he continued, ”Since I've been already dragged into this mess, I might as well have some fun torturing some people and playing the hidden hero.”
The Dorgon didn't know if he wanted to laugh or cry as he heard this.
It seemed that his master had a weird identity disorder. At times he would sing that he was the villain and at other times, he would shamelessly announce that he was the hero.
”Are you hungry?” Hecathe suddenly questioned as he asked the Dorgon and his entire demeanor seemed to have changed within just a few seconds.
The Dorgon gulped and was silent for a minute before he innocently nodded his head.
”What do you usually eat?” Hecathe crossed his legs as he asked without missing a beat.
”Meat,” The Dorgon responded and immediately felt his mouth watering at the mere thought of the food.
”Hmm,” Hecathe hummed as he nodded his head and asked, ”Any meat in specific?”
”Anything except for Human meat and Dorgon meat!” The Dorgon exclaimed excitedly thinking that his Master was finally going to take some pity on him.
”Even Chicken?” Hecathe questioned as he looked at the little creature.
”Chicken isn't that tasty but it works,” The Dorgon replied.
”Okay,” Hecathe nodded his head as he patted his thigh and stood up.
”Where are you going, Master?” The Dorgon immediately asked as he unconsciously flinched in fear.
”To feed the egg that I picked up from the black market,” Hecathe sighed as he made his way to the door and left the room once again.
The Dorgon was once again left speechless as he sat down and seriously wondered what type of Master he had ended up with.
