”You guys are ignoring my Orders, seems like you guys are involved into some short of shady business and are trying to Hide it from me.” He made up an excuse on the spot to use his authority to force them further ”Officers from investigation Department arrest them.” He roared as he ordered.

He clearly can't do anything to then in the broad day light as there are many eyes watching him and others, but once he took them to the investigation department, it was his turf.

Some of the officers who were from the investigation department who also accompany him here also moved and took out their wands as they moved towards the group slowly.
