Chilling ice poison is a little potent to body foundation experts. If a martial cultivator gets affected by this kind of poison there essence energy inside gets freezed up. And It will create a blockade inside a cultivator. It is very dangerouswhen essence energy inside a cultivator get's jammed up it would destroy their medrians and it could greatly effect their futurecultivation. They may even not be able to cultivate

For a martial cultivator at body foundation stage they don't have any essence pool inside their dantian. They just refine a slight amount of essence from the heaven and earth and they use it to slowly clense their meridians. But if the essence is frozen it would obstruct their medians and it can destroy them. Only strong cultivators can remove this blockade or a dense essence energy is needed to remove this which is very harmful for a body foundation stage expert.

As for our ' Shen Duan Yu Han Fang' who is a cripple although he is cripple for which he cannot store essence in his dantian it is very dangerous thancultivators as it would freeze up his meridian's and it would effect his mortal life. since his body cannot support essence energy of heaven and earth it could not be cleared unless those peak experts who stand at the top can come and help him.
