Sam didn't think that the system could even upgrade his body, he was incredibly exalted but he was in the middle of a fight and had to make a choice fast. when the HUD appeared a second later he didn't hesitate and clicked on the strength choice. He felt like his speed was enough as he had escaped quite a few from Eric when he was beating the underlings so he chose the strength.

The difference between boxing and taekwondo was that the former used fists and the later used feet to attack, so the main difference was the range of attack as legs were longer than arms. Sam had to be careful not to get one hit KOed while getting in range to attack so he continued treading carefully and waiting for an opening in his opponent's defense.

'Wait, he actually isn't expecting me to use my legs as well as boxers don't use their legs to attack. If I can make him open his defense using my legs, I can get near him and defeat him.' Thought Sam as he started to look far an opportunity which came very soon, as Sam made a feint with his upper body Eric threw his right leg toward Sam's stomach, Sam who was expecting this caught his leg and threw his left leg to sweep the leg that made Eric stand. After losing his balance Eric was done for as he didn't usually use his fists to fight, there was punching in taekwondo but it wasn't used as much as kicking so lots of taekwondo users had their fists rusted after a long time without using them.

Sam was now in an advantageous posterior as he was on top of Eric with a knee on his chest and kept hitting him with punch after punch. When Eric was bleeding all over and his face had swelled Sam finally got up with a satisfied face, he threw a few kicks to both the underlings before leaving them there and leaving. When Sam was washing his bloodied fists in the toilets he finally realized that he didn't feel any augment in his strength while fighting, were 10 points this useless that he couldn't feel them at all ?

Being a bit disappointed as he expected himself to get a super strength with these 10 points he didn't even feel the difference so he just went to his last class, Sophia was here but Eric was nowhere to be seen. When the class was over she headed toward him as he was packing his bag, she was as beautiful as always but now she was dressed way better than when she was with him as her family was also poor, this was the reason why she chose the rich guy over her childhood lover.

”Sam, did you see Eric ? I've seen you leaving class together earlier. ”

Sam didn't hold any grudge against this girl but felt a bit repulsed by her as she had thrown him away so easily even though they had spent most of their lives dating, they had known each other since they were born and had started dating in their early middle school years. At that time she was a cute, shy and innocent girl and he loved her very much but she didn't mind throwing him away for someone richer. He looked at her expressionlessly ” Last time I saw him he has in the parking in the back of school with his two friends. ” At first he wanted to let them lie there for a long time but then realized it was a bad idea, if any of them had a dangerous injury they would have died because of him and even though in his heart he wanted to kill them, going to prison was out of the line as he couldn't leave Em alone so he told Sophia so that she could call for an ambulance and avoid any mishaps.

Sam went to fetch Em at school while Sophia headed towards the parking to check what the guys were doing there, when she arrived she just saw three bloody guys lying on the ground, at first she didn't recognize them as all their faces were swelled but after recognizing her boyfriend's clothes she was beyond chocked. Soon an ambulance came and picked them up.

Sam and Em has eaten dinner and were both lying on the couch together watching a TV show, Em was laughing at every funny moment. When it was 10 PM Sam sent her sleeping as she still had lessons tomorrow and went to sleep himself.

The next morning Sam was feeling a bit uncomfortable but it wasn't anything big, he just felt like something was different and went to take a shower. After he was done he went in front of the mirror to shave his beard, if he left it more than 3 days he'd have a daddy's beard but he didn't like it. What he saw on the mirror surprised him, his body was ripped. His abs were visible in packs, he had a V line, his chest muscles were huge and the rest of his body was the same, he felt like he was looking at an athlete's body and not his own.
