37 Inventory (1/2)

After all the hard work it was time to rest for Sam, this trip had been extremely rewarding but also very tiring, between the designers / model contest and the talent show he didn't have even one day to rest, it had been a bit more than a month that he came to Paris and he was impatient to go back home, there he would probably rest a few days before doing anything related to music again.

After the show was over Sam took the metro in Rena's company and headed home, he just wanted to lay on his bed and rest tonight, he was invited to party with Rena to celebrate his victory but was too tired to do, he politely refused and went directly home.

The next morning he woke up and looked at his phone, it was 8 AM. He ordered a breakfast and watched random YouTube videos while waiting, he just left the automatic play so the videos were starting right away after one was over and he just watched casually while throwing a smile or a small laugh sometimes especially when there was a dog, he loved dogs and wanted one but never thought about adopting one as he didn't have the money nor the time to take care of it. After an impressing skydiving video came automatically a game video, the game was an RPG and you could see the player as he put his webcam in a corner of the screen, the guy playing got hit on the head with a spoon by his girlfriend, that was supposed to be funny but Sam was focused on something else... the inventory ! Watching the guy open his inventory in the game made him remember, he had unlocked the inventory but had yet to open it !

'System open the inventory please.'

He didn't know yet if the system was an AI or something with a consciousness so he preferred talking to it politely until he was sure, he didn't want the system to turn against him suddenly because it felt insulted...

After that a new HUD appeared in front of him, one he had never seen before. The HUD was very simplistic, it was a rectangle divided in a lot of small squares, in the bottom there was a number 1/∞, he understood it was probably the number of pages. He had an infinite stockage ability on this thing, he could store anything he wanted ! This was the most practical thing he had gotten from the system at the moment !

'System, does the infinite sign means that there is no limit to the inventory's stockage ?'
