”Transform into your Pomeranian body. You can only go out as a dog,” Cha Junshik ordered.

Alpheus tilted his head left and right, confused on why did he need to turn into his Pomeranian self while he was outside.

”Sir, isn't it dangerous?”

”Dangerous?”

”Yes! Because my dog form isn't optimal for a fight, Sir! When I turn into my dog form, I will stay in that form for about 6 to 12 hours, depending on how strong my physique is. When I am exhausted, it'll take 12 hours, but when I'm in good condition, I can turn back at 6 hours.”

”But still, that means I cannot fight in any condition in my dog form, Sir!” Alpheus said. He was surprisingly very aware of his limitation. Junshik thought Alpheus was a bit dim—maybe too much dim.

But that was correct. Junshik just remembered that Alpheus couldn't turn back into his human or wolf form until a certain amount of time when he was in his Pomeranian state, which was completely useless in a fight.

But they weren't going to be fighting anyone. They were just going out to do what Junshik wanted to do in his free time, walking in the park near his apartment, drinking ice coffee in a coffee shop while preparing PowerPoint presentation for another session the next day, and also exercising—well, the last one, he could just run around the park, like usual, he did this to stay in shape.

About work, he mostly got his money from streaming his jack-off session and being an assistant professor for two professors at the same time.

Oh, he also got a full scholarship for all his studies and research, so he didn't need to worry much about money other than his own living expenses.

Cha Junshik's mind diverted for a while until he returned his focus when Alpheus nudged his arm, ”Sir, I cannot turn into my dog form if I'm outside. It's very dangerous.”

”Honestly, what's the use of your dog form anyway?” Cha Junshik asked. He was genuinely curious because it was definitely useless as heck.

It was at least a bit better if Alpheus turned into a big, fierce dog. Maybe a bulldog or Doberman would suffice.

But a black Pomeranian? Why?

Alpheus hummed for a moment and then replied, ”Dog form is not used to engage in a fight, Sir! We don't show our dog form to regular people, and it's very dangerous to expose yourself in a dog form outside!”

”We use our dog form for bonding, Sir!”

”Bonding?”

”Yes! We, werewolves, transform into dog form when we feel it's safe, like in our house or surrounded by our beloved family or mate, Sir!” Alpheus answered. ”Oh, also, not all werewolves can transform into dog form, Sir! Only the royal blood and we did it as a sign of submissiveness or intimacy when we feel safe, Sir! I only showed my dog form to my close family and you!”

Cha Junshik's lips perked up after listening to the explanation from Alpheus, ”So, you're saying that you feel safe around me? You transform into your dog form only a few hours after we met. Either you're too naive, or you're tricking me.”

”Tricking you?!” Alpheus jerked back as he got caught off guard with that accusation. He never had any idea of tricking Sir Junshik Hyung except for doing his dog trick, in the hope that Sir Junshik Hyung would find him favourable and let him stay in his domain for a while.
