Qin Haodong smiled because it looked like Xu Jinkai was treating his family as one of these nail households. He said, ”I have two requirements for the relocation. First, you should build a same-size TCM clinic for my grandpa, and we'll move as soon as the new clinic was completed; second, you should pay reasonable price for the relocated neighbors.”
”That's easy. Any more requirement?”
Xu Jinkai looked slightly surprised because he had investigated the young man. He knew the seemingly simple young man had a complicated background. With one night, he put Hong Tianbao in jail and pulled Fu Haikun off his position as the director of the County Public Security Bureau. The superintendent of the police station Zhang Meng and Bai Wenjie were all in jail now.
As a local developer in Wufeng County, he knew he must work things out about the clinic if the reconstruction of the old street had to be done. The mysterious young man's agreement was necessary to the relocation of the clinic.
The relocation of the old street was a piece of juicy meat, and he had already prepared for it that Qin Haodong would demand an exorbitant price. Therefore, he was surprised to hear the two simple and reasonable requirements.
Qin Haodong smiled and said, ”Yes, it is that easy. We're no nail households, and we've never asked for exorbitant price.”
Xu Jinkai answered quickly, ”All right. I can fulfill both of your requirements. I'll build a modern TCM clinic for Mr. Li, and pay you the relocation fee according to the national standards. In addition, we'll give you a set of four rooms and two halls in Jiangnan No.1 Housing Estate, with a living area of 160 square meters.”
He heard that Qin Haodong had the head of the Public Security Department and the secretary of the Committee for Discipline Inspection to back him up easily, so he thought it could be beneficial to cotton up with the resourceful young man. Moreover, Qin Haodong had asked for very few things, and it would be lower than his budget even if he sent him the house as a gift.
Qin Haodong thought for a moment. He was going to buy an apartment for his aunt's family this time. Now that someone had sent one to him, it could save him a lot of troubles.
”OK, I'll take the apartment.” Qin Haodong continued, ”Boss Xu, will it still be profitable if you keep reconstructing the old street in this way?”
Xu Jinkai said, ”Of course it will be, and it will be more than that. I am a businessman, not a philanthropist. I don't do profitless business.”
”Then I don't understand. If you can still benefit from it, why didn't Hong Tianbao do his business in this way?”
Xu Jinkai smiled and said, ”Well, it's actually simple. Firstly, he was a greedy man, and he always wanted more, so he deducts everyone's relocation funds.”

”Of course, Hong Tianbao had benefit from his way. The profitable project of the relocation of the old street would never end up in my hand if you didn't put him in prison.”
Qin Haodong nodded and said, ”OK, I understand.”
”Mr. Qin, can we sign the agreement now?” Xu Jinkai asked. The legal person of the clinic was Li Qingshan, but Xu Jinkai cared more about Qin Haodong's opinion.
”You can prepare the agreement now, and I'll ask my grandpa.”
Qin Haodong called his grandfather, Li Qingshan and got the positive reply soon. Soon, he signed the relocation agreement with Xu Jinkai.
”Mr. Qin, this is a fully renovated four-bedroom-two-hall apartment in Jiangnan No.1 Housing Estate. You don't have to take anything because everything you need has been prepared, you can go and settle.” Xu Jinkai said as he gave a bunch of keys to Qin Haodong, ”I'll have the housing procedures done and sent to you tomorrow.”
Xu Jinkai ran his errands clear and cut. He left the cafe immediately after the agreement was settled.
Short after he left, two women strode slowly and proudly to Qin Haodong, and sat down unceremoniously.
Qin Haodong checked the two women. The younger one was about 20 years old. She was not as beautiful as the one on the photo, but they looked familiar. So she must be Qin Haodong's blind date today. The woman sitting next to her was in his 50s, and she must be the girl's mother.
The young woman was in skirt and black silk stockings. Her make-up was so heavy that others could barely tell what she was really like, but after all, her arrogance was obvious enough.
She raised his chin and looked at Qin Haodong, with disdain in her eyes. She then asked arrogantly, ”Are you Qin Haodong?”
It was Qin Haodong's first blind date and it felt really weird. He smiled and said, ”Yes, I am. So you're Zhang Meili.”
The woman didn't answer his question. Her expression remained unchanged and she asked coldly, ”I need you to answer my questions if you want me as your blind date.”
”That's fine, you can ask.”
Qin Haodong was still smiling, and his attitude was still nice. The woman might be rude, but she was introduced here by his grandma's friends. He had to taking their feelings into consideration.
”Have you bought apartment in Jiangnan City?”
Qin Haodong thought for a while. The villa was a gift from Lin Zhiyuan, and he didn't pay for it. So he answered honestly, ”No, not really.”
Zhang Meili frowned slightly, and she was apparently not satisfied with his answer. She continued, ”Then do you have a car? Those under 300,000 yuan don't count.”
Qin Haodong had three cars now. A Lamborghini Centenario, a Porsche 911 and the Honda, but he paid for none of them. So he shook his head and answered, ”No, I don't.”
Zhang Meili looked even more disappointed. She went on asking, ”Then do you have over a billion deposit in your bank account?”
