Cao Ting had forbidden junk food for Long Xiaobao because he was in bad health. So she said to the girl giving the popcorns, ”Thanks but we can't accept that.”

”It's fine. Just some popcorns. Save it for the kids.”

The woman said as she took one step further and handed over the popcorn.

”Thank you, but we can't accept that.” Cao Ting was refusing. She said to Long Xiaobao, ”Say thanks to her.”

”Thank you, but I don't want it,” Long Xiaobao listened to his mom and said.

”Just take it, kid. It's delicious.”

When she was saying that, her wrist shook and pour all the popcorn on Zhu Linlin and Long Xiaobao. At the same time, the hand she hid under the popcorn was revealed. She had a reflecting dagger in her hand.

Cao Ting and Long Xiaobao totally panicked. Before they figured out what was going on, the dagger in the girl's hand was heading to Long Xiaobao's neck.

Actually, their tricks had worked out. Dafei and his fellows were being around Long Haisheng but at the moment when Long Xiaobao was endangered, everybody was moving towards him. Long Haisheng was temporarily unprotected.

When the relentless young man was just about to pull the trigger, a whip was swiped to him like a snake. The pistol had been swiped into the air before it fired, and its bullets had nowhere to be found.

Before the young man could react, Saber had stricken him on the neck and knocked him on the ground.

Whip and Saver had been around Qin Haodong. The two had gained lots of experience when working as mercenaries. When the girl moved, they immediately noticed the man. So they moved and saved Long Haisheng just in time.

At the same time, Qin Haodong swiped his leg and knocked the woman on the ground. Dafei and his fellows rushed over and brought her under control.

The gunshot made a mess. The policeman patrolling around had come. They cuffed the two killers after figuring out what had happened. Then they escort them into the patrol wagon.

After all they had been through, Long Haisheng's expression stayed the same, which was how the head of a gang should really be like. He acted like it was someone else who was under assassination.

”Days ago, someone approached me. They offered me 100 million in exchange for my permission for drug deals in the underworld of Jiangnan City. I turned them down. I guess they just can't wait and send the two killers to me.”

Qin Haodong nodded. Long Haisheng was a tough guy. He had turned down the temptation of a 100-million deal. He said, ”Mr. Long. I'll back you up on that. Just tell me should you need any help.”

”Do not worry, I can take it by myself,” said Long Haisheng, ”Let's go out for a drink after the concert.”

After that, he took Long Xiaobao and Cao Ting into the stadium and go on to watch the concert, with Dafei and other bodyguards surrounding.
