14 Kidnapping (1/2)
Today Sam woke up and checked his phone, he had a text from Annie which said
« Mom took Em to school with Rika, you can pick her up later directly at school.»
´They really thought of everything, what a nice family' he thought.
He had to get ready for school too, he went to take a shower, then he did breakfast. It was the first time in very long that he did only one share of food, then he dressed up and left for school.
Today the weather was cloudy and cold, the sky was dark grey even though the sun was already up, it seemed as it was just about to rain. Sam arrived to university before it started to rain, and went into the classroom. Monday morning was occupied by 4 hours of psychology in an amphitheater, Sam really felt like it was a loss of time but he couldn't stop yet as he wasn't sure of the system's reliability, who knew if the system would shut down one day or disappear without warning ? That was why for the moment he kept going to class until he accumulated enough skill books, when he will have a level 5 skill book wouldn't he be at the same rank as those world class singers ? He won't need the system anymore to live a good life, of course if he could keep the system forever that would be the best.
As Sam was a bit early, the class started to fill bit by bit, after a few minutes came in Eric ; first thing he did was to warmly greet Sam. Yesterday's time spent together and the incident at the end of the day had made them closer.
« Hey Sam ! You look handsome today... »
He said while checking him and nodding his head, Sam was wearing an outfit they had bought yesterday ; a denim jacket and a white T-shirt under it, a simple jeans, a pair of boots. His outfit was very simple but it fitted him perfectly as he was tall and fit, girls stole more glances at him now, before he was just a random handsome guy wearing old and tattered clothes but now he was a magnet to girl's eyes.
« Hey Eric, I always looked handsome, how come you realize it just now ? »
Sam replies jokingly, he wasn't the type to be arrogant but he was definitely aware that he was good looking.
« Stop being so sure of yourself, you still have a long way to go to look as handsome as me ! »
He said while taking a pose with his hand under his chin and the other arm supporting the first one.
He looked really clumsy doing it so Sam couldn't help but laugh at him.
« Hahaha, what is this pose ? Stop this it make you look so stupid. »
At this moment came in two guys, they were the two underlings that followed Eric when he used to bully Sam, one of them didn't have anymore front teeth and the second one didn't have any visible problem but had gotten 2 broken ribs when he got hit by Sam.
Both of them looked vehemently at Sam, they wanted to have revenge but didn't dare attack him in front so every time they saw him they just threw mean gazes and ignored him, they also cut their relation with Eric as they couldn't be friend with their enemy's friend.
They both went to sit in the front while Sam and Eric were sitting in the middle of the room, their names were Tony and Leo, they had met Eric last year when they were freshmen. At first it was both of them who bullied Sam and then Eric met them and he joined in the fun, later Eric took the lead and he became the head of the group. Both of them weren't of the same familial background as Eric, actually they both came from the « hoods ». They had grown up in these places were drug deals, murders, arsons were common occurrence so they didn't have any remorse for bullying someone, they even felt that Sam had made them lose face that day.
Today they were planning to take their revenge
« Yo Leo, let's think of something else. We can't beat him so we should do something behind his back. »
« I know we can't beat him but what can we do... »
« Let's think about it... didn't he date Sophia for years ? If we capture her we might use her as an hostage. »
« Impossible, I don't think he care much about her and she's Eric's girlfriend, we can't provoke Eric but you reminded me of something. Didn't he have a little sister ? We can use her. »
« Fine but do you know what she looks like, her name, her school... ? »
« Haha don't worry, she's actually in the same school and same class as my little brother, once I went to pick him up because my mom was busy and saw Sam picking up his sister. »
