41 Home alone (1/2)
Lying on the bed in the guest room Sam was feeling extremely tired but kept thinking about what happened earlier which made him stay awake. The last time he had kissed a girl was during his high school years, the girl was Sophia that had thrown him away when they got into university. He still had that apprehension of being thrown away again but he couldn't stay like this forever and he also felt attracted to Annie, if he didn't kiss her today he knew that he'd regret it later.
It was already 12 midnight but he couldn't sleep at all, he had been scrolling through his phone randomly. He checked his Instagram subscribers that had reached 200 000 people, it was all due to the talent show. He didn't have the opportunity to talk about his YouTube channel but whenever he was on stage his Instagram ID was written on the bottom corner of the screen, he also put a link to his YouTube channel on his Instagram bio which made his YouTube subscribers number grow as well, add to the original number he was now at 500 000 due to all the hype around him recently, he could already be considered like a small celebrity in the world as most of his YouTube subscribers weren't even french, as all his songs were in English most of his subs were native English speakers, of course as some of his subscribers came from Instagram he still had a pretty big fan base in France.
He also went under his videos to check the comments, most of them were left by girls
”Wow he's so handsome and talented ! Someone know his Instagram ?”
”Likez tout ceux qui sont ici après l'avoir vu dans la France à un incroyable talent ! (Everyone that came after seeing him on ”la France a un incroyable talent” like this comment !)”
”Wow I've heard that he easily won a talent show in France, I don't like the way he sings I don't get the hype around him at all !”
All types of comments were left under his videos, some in English, some in French and even other in languages he didn't understand. Some were kind while some were critical, he looked but didn't care much. Haters were everywhere around the Internet, if he cared about what they said he wouldn't have started a YouTube channel in the first place.
Finally when he didn't find anything interesting to do on his phone he threw it away and slowly started to fall asleep, after such a long day the only thing that kept him from sleeping early was the fact that he had a new girlfriend after so long, even though none of them had said it out loud they both understood it.

The next morning Sam slowly opened his eyes, he had a hard time falling asleep but once he was sleeping he slept like a log. He woke up and realized the sun was already very high, he lazily grabbed his phone and realized it was already 10:30 AM.
'Already this late ? I guess Em will have to ditch school today.'
When his eyes adapted to the light he finally remembered he wasn't sleeping at home like he was supposed to do !
He got up very fast and dressed in his clothes, at the moment he was wearing only the bottom of the pajama he was lent by Jin, he vaguely remembered feeling hot during the night so he took of the top unconsciously, at home he always slept top naked but he didn't do it here as he wasn't sure if someone would get in the room while he was sleeping, in the end he still did it...
He opened the room's door and headed toward the living room, on the couch in front of the TV was sitting Annie. Hearing footsteps behind her she turned around and said with a resplendent smile on her face
”Good morning.”
”Good morning, I'm sorry I overslept.”
Saying that he went to sit next to her, he wasn't aware that they were home alone but she was feeling awkward finding herself alone with him at home so soon.
”Where are everybody else ?”
”It's just you and me, papa had a rendez vous for a deal, Jin have class today and mama took the girls to school.”
”Once again I'm burdening her...”
”Don't worry about that, what do you usually eat on mornings ?”
”Whatever, I eat what is the nearest to me hahah !”
Hearing that she stood up and went in the kitchen and came back a second later holding a bowl of cereals. She gave it to him and kept staring at him
”You're making me uneasy, why are you staring ?”
”I didn't know you were that fit, do you go to gym often ?”
”You got into my room while I was sleeping ?”
What he feared the most had happened, at least it was Annie and not her mother that got into the room, that would have been way more embarrassing.
